Pam Bauer is the founder and president of Quid Pro Quo Performance Consulting, bringing with her over twenty years of experience in training and education. Pam's accumulated experience stems from a number of key positions she has held during her career, having started as an instructional designer and having held the most recent position of VP of Training and Development. Pam's vast corporate experience prepared her to understand and address the challenges many corporations encounter. Pam has a BA in Education, and a MA in Writing. She has also completed the entire Instructional Design curriculum offerings of Bob Mager and Joe Harless.
